Great tools Cheryl. Hope to see you at the local Nano kickoff Sunday. I’ve participated in Nano for the past few years and last year actually got the 50,000 word down. I’ve decided to do something different this year. I am always disatisfied with my end result, 50,000 words but no real story. So I’m doing an outlaw Nano, at least that’s what I’m gonna call it. I will participate but my goal is to write 5 pages every day. I’m more interested in getting into that habit. It may take me longer to get the word count but I think I will be more satisfied with the results.

That sounds like a great plan, Virginia. I think NaNo is a good opportunity to stretch yourself in some way and it doesn’t have to be only by writing 50,000 words. 5 pages a day sounds like a very doable goal.
