Drive sizes are increasing by the day, but so is the average file size and it doesnt take long to fill up huge drives in no time. All the more important to be regular with cleaning and organizing tasks like virus scans, diskcleanups and defrags. I have automated most of my chores and the latest addition to my list of utilities (a mix of free and paid tools) is Diskeeper defragmenter that runs in background automatic mode and keeps the drives in great shape tackling fragmentation at its roots.
